• Configuration of the budget module in EBS 11i.

AEROMAN – EL SALVADOR IN EBS R12.

Migration from EBS 11i to the new R12 platform using technologies provided by Oracle to facilitate standard development and data migration tools.

OBJECTIVES ACHIEVED

• Migration and configuration of AR, AP and GL modules from Release 11i to Release R12.

• Creation of a historical module for AR, AP and GL for the query of historical information of Release 11i, so that it can be seen in the new Release; this includes the Creation of Forms, Consultation Reports of historical modules for the AR, AP and GL modules, based on the EBS methodology.

• Homologation of forms and reports cultured to the new Oracle platform.

GRUPO UNICOMER

UNICOMER – EL SALVADOR IN EBS 11I.

Design, development and/or modification and implementation of screens and reports using technologies provided by Oracle to facilitate standard development tools and provide new tools for use by users.

OBJECTIVES ACHIEVED

• Provide new reporting tools to users and increase productivity.

• Time optimization, giving users the opportunity to do other or new activities.

• Provide exact knowledge of transactions, movements, activities, etc., stored in the system, so that they can be used by the user.

• Provide the ability to customize with requested developments tailored to the needs of the user to carry out their activities.

• Creation and Implementation of Global Intercompany System (GIS) Module.

• Creation of Interfaces for the modules of Purchase Order, General Ledger, Inventory, Receivable, Payables, Customer, Vendors, etc.

• Development of reports and screens for the different companies that belong to UNICOMER.

• Transfer information from the AR accounts receivable module to the AP accounts payable module, between the different Operational units that make up the Siman Group within Oracle Financial. With this, the double typing of the same transaction in the two modules is ruled out and thus also greater control of pending documentation to be registered and validated.
